Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by m4d via our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed to use the platform.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and m4d as the platform operator. Continued use after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. m4d reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user’s responsibility to check these terms regularly.
M4d services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Users below the minimum age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using this platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To fully use m4d services, users must register and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information violates these terms and may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account without prior warning.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. m4d is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether by you or others using your credentials, is your sole responsibility.
- Only one account per individual is allowed. Multiple account usage is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
- Users must notify m4d immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.
- M4d reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes.
Platform Terms & Prohibited Conduct
M4d users must use the platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws and responsible usage norms. Attempts to exploit system weaknesses, manipulate game outcomes, or use automated software (bots) to access services are strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the m4d platform:
- Using unauthorized third-party software to gain unfair advantage in games.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform’s systems and infrastructure.
- Money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Unauthorized use of another person's account or identity fraud.
- Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or defamatory toward other users or m4d staff.
- Engaging in any transactions related to illegal or prohibited activities under the law.
M4d reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the m4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). m4d supports various approved local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment options listed on the platform from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are in their own name.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user’s account within the specified timeframe for each payment method. m4d is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. For withdrawals, users must first complete the required identity verification process.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- M4d reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for security and compliance review.
- Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors are the user’s responsibility.
- Transactions suspected of fraud or linked to money laundering will be blocked and reported to authorities.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
M4d Liability Limitations
M4d provides this platform “as is” without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, m4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of funds, service interruptions, or data damage.
Intellectual Property
All content on the m4d platform, including logos, design, text, graphics, software, and game content, is the exclusive property of m4d or its relevant third-party licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any content without prior written consent from m4d. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The m4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. m4d has no control over and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of external links is at the user’s own risk, and we encourage users to read the terms and privacy policies of those sites before engaging.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Laws
Account Suspension & Closure
M4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or upon request from competent authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to compensation or refund of balances.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting m4d support. Voluntary account closure will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and verification requirements are met.
Changes to These Terms
M4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through appropriate processes under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
